Product Overview
Speakon is the professional standard for speaker connections because it locks. A twist-lock connector will not vibrate loose or pull free mid-show the way spade terminals and bare wire will, which is exactly what you want on a portable box that gets moved constantly.
Four 14-gauge OFC conductors give you enough copper to feed the box without voltage drop over the run, and the oxygen-free copper keeps resistance down compared to CCA cable.
At 12 feet you have room to place the box where the crowd is and keep the amplifier with the vehicle.
