Shipping Policy

JS Ultimate Sounds ships within the United States. The terms below describe how and when your order is processed and delivered.

Processing Time
Many in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days, though this is not guaranteed. Custom, built-to-order, oversized, and backordered items may require additional time. Known lead times are noted on the product page or communicated by our team when applicable.

Shipping Rates & Coverage
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Orders over $99 may qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Oversized, freight, special-order, and some supplier-direct items may be excluded from free shipping or incur additional charges.

Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Heavy items, including certain subwoofer enclosures, may ship by freight or a specialty carrier; additional delivery coordination may be required for these shipments.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can begin a carrier claim. For lost or delayed packages, we will assist with carrier coordination to resolve the issue.
