Bass in an Open-Air Vehicle
Jeeps lose the cabin gain that makes bass effortless in a sedan. With the top off there's nothing to pressurise, so you need more cone area, more power, or both to get the same perceived output. Ported enclosures help by producing more output per watt near their tuning frequency.
