Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and reflects the return terms listed in our Google Shopping listings.

Return Window & Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective (change-of-mind) items. To be eligible, products must be new and unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, with all parts and accessories included. Please contact us first at 888-245-3680 or contact@jsultimatesounds.com to receive an RMA number; unauthorized returns may be declined.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window, subject to the same condition requirements.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrives defective or incorrect, in which case JS Ultimate Sounds covers return shipping.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built enclosures and special orders
- Clearance merchandise
- Installed or used products
- Electrical components that have been opened or installed
- Items with damaged packaging or missing parts/accessories (unless defective)

Defective Items
Dead-on-arrival or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement, repair, or warranty coordination. Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand and does not cover damage from misuse, overpowering, clipping, improper installation, water damage, physical damage, or modification.
