Shop marine tower speakers at JS Ultimate Sounds — wakeboard tower speakers, roll-bar pods, horns and high-output cans built to be heard over wind, water and engine noise.
Why Tower Speakers Exist
On a boat or open-air vehicle, in-panel speakers fire into open space and lose most of their energy before reaching anyone. Tower speakers solve this two ways: high-sensitivity drivers that produce far more output per watt, and aimable mounting that points sound directly at riders or passengers. For a wakeboarder 75 feet behind the boat, that's the difference between hearing music and hearing nothing.
Choosing Tower Speakers
- Clamp diameter — measure your tower or roll bar before ordering; clamps are size-specific
- Horn-loaded vs conventional — horns throw sound much farther and are the choice for wake boats; conventional cans give a fuller sound closer in
- RGB lighting — many models integrate LED lighting controlled with the rest of the system
Power Is Not Optional
Tower speakers are efficient, but open-air use still demands real amplifier power. Run them on a dedicated marine amplifier, high-passed around 100Hz so they aren't wasting output on bass, then add a marine subwoofer enclosure for low end. Gain setup is in our tuning guide.
