The Z8 packs elite Z Series engineering into an 8-inch frame, handling 2,000 watts RMS and 4,000 watts peak. It is built around a black aluminum 2.75" 4-layer round-winding voice coil with a 30mm Xmax for serious excursion and power handling in a compact size. Cooling comes from an optimized high-velocity pole vent, a cast-aluminum vented frame spacer ring, and a heavily vented magnetic gap, while stitched XL tinsel leads, a Mega-Roll v.2 surround, custom spider packs, and a large aluminum Faraday ring keep it durable under abuse.
