The SALT-200.4 is a 4-channel full-range Class-D amplifier delivering 200 watts x 4 at 4 ohms, 325 watts x 4 at 2 ohms, or 700 watts x 2 at 4 ohms bridged across a 10Hz–25kHz response. SALT — Sundown Audio Low-Voltage Technology — produces optimum power at realistic voltages in the 12s rather than needing 14+ volts. Variable 12dB high and low-pass filters (50Hz–500Hz), a variable 12dB subsonic filter (10Hz–500Hz), and an X1/X10 crossover multiplier dial in the sound, while onboard power, clipping, and protection indicators plus thermal, voltage, speaker-short, and DC-offset circuitry keep it safe.
