The SA-8M is the flagship mid-bass driver of Sundown’s 2025 SA speaker series, taking linear stroke to another level with 9mm of one-way linear excursion by 70% BL (nearly 10mm by CMS and LE standards). A copper pole sleeve and magnet-ID Faraday ring treat inductance, while the huge 2″ coil and efficient motor venting allow 130 watts full-range or 250 watts with a 70Hz high-pass filter. With a 91.5dB sensitivity, a Klippel-verified carbon-fiber cone and dust cap, and a custom-tooled aluminum basket, the SA-8M is built all-in on sound quality and output.
