The SA-6.5M is part of Sundown’s 2025 SA speaker series and can serve as a mid-bass or mid-range driver depending on your application. It delivers 5.9mm of one-way linear excursion by 70% BL (7mm by CMS, 6.28mm by LE on Klippel), and thanks to efficient motor venting and an ample voice coil it handles 110 watts full-range or 200 watts with a 70Hz high-pass filter at a respectable 89dB sensitivity. It uses the same Klippel-verified carbon-fiber cone, dust cap, surround, and spider design as the rest of the SA line, on a new custom-tooled frame with a thick magnet-ID Faraday ring.
