The Nightshade Neodymium subwoofer is engineered for powerful low end, extremely linear excursion, and next-level thermal management. It features an eight-layer voice coil for excellent power handling and an extended shorting ring to minimize distortion for smooth, accurate sound at extreme SPL levels. Thermal control is optimized with a cast aluminum cooling ring, outer fin array, and aluminum vent ring that actively pull heat away from the voice coil gap, while a unique air exchange system provides active cooling during extended use.
