The Sundown Audio Horizon HZ 8″ is rated at 500 watts RMS and built around a 2″ voice coil wound with high-temp 4-layer copper wire in Dual 4Ω. A class-leading 14mm Xmax paired with a high-roll surround and progressive spider delivers smooth, controlled excursion, while a heavy-duty cast aluminum basket, vented motor gap and pole piece, stitched mini-XL tinsel leads, and a bolted spider pack keep it cool and durable under hard use. It’s designed for ported enclosures for maximum efficiency and output.
