Lost my other bass knob is a car collision was unable to get it . This purple bass knob is exactly what I was expecting it’s great! Working 100 percent. Gives that thump! When needed

Was already repping D4S for years now has an issue where bass knob quit working wasn't sure if it was knob or cable ordered new knob with cable late Wednesday evening here in Florida was stoked to see expected delivery Monday Vegas to Florida when tracking updates now expected delivery Friday and it was. What can I say but wow awesome customer service thanks guys

Only thing I didn't like was the extra 10 dollar charge for shipping when I didn't get the item on time got it 7 days late
