We work hard to get your gear moving as quickly as possible, while keeping expectations clear for items that need extra time.
Processing Time
Many in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days, but this timeframe is not guaranteed for every item. Custom, built-to-order, oversized, special-order, backordered and supplier-direct items may require additional processing or build time. When a product has a known lead time, we do our best to note it on the product page or contact you with an update.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination. Orders over $99 may qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Oversized, freight, special-order and some supplier-direct items may be excluded or may require additional shipping charges.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Large or heavy items, including some subwoofer enclosures, may ship freight or by a specialty carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and help resolve the issue. If tracking shows a package is lost or stalled, contact us and we will help work with the carrier.
