Returns & Warranty

At JS Ultimate Sounds, your satisfaction matters. The terms below apply to orders shipped within the United States and match the return policy listed in our Google listings.

Return Process

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us first at 864-479-4340 or contact@jsultimatesounds.com to receive an RMA number and approval. Unauthorized returns may be declined.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective (change-of-mind) items. To be eligible, products must be new and unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window, subject to the same condition requirements as returns.

How to Return

Approved returns may be made in store or by mail. Contact us to choose your method and receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrives defective or incorrect — in those cases, JS Ultimate Sounds covers return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built enclosures and special orders
• Clearance merchandise
• Installed or used products
• Electrical components that have been opened or installed
• Items with damaged packaging or missing parts/accessories (unless defective)

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Most products include a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects; coverage varies by brand. Damage from misuse, overpowering, clipping, improper installation, water damage, physical damage, or modification is not covered.

Defective Arrival Claims

Dead-on-arrival or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement, repair, or warranty coordination.
